Automatically setting up docs publishing

For the documentation to be published, you need to got to https://github.com/i2mint/unbox/settings/pages, then do some simple manipulations, like:

Simple, yes, and usually only has to be done once. Still, having it done automatically would be nice if it's not too much dev to get there. Is there an API or a CI instruction that would get us there?
