Confusing "failed" badge on token pools #210

I'm in a state where I see this "failed" badge on both Token Pools and Activity:

I did have a "create pool" operation fail (because I tried to create a "fungible" pool but passed in an ERC721 contract 🤦‍♂️), so I assume the badge is picking up on that operation failure. However, neither of these items links to a list of operations... so they just link to a list of all successful things like pools that were created successfully, or token transfers.
