Following link for retried operations does not work #190

I tried to follow a link for a "Retried Operation" (by clicking the purple arrow) and it did nothing.

Actually there are a few weird things here. For the record these are the operations involved:
First try: e99b754d-5b70-46d6-b876-ae2418894088
Retry: 45515fa9-f8dc-41f4-bf60-36385e4b94f0

  1. When I click on the first operation in the table, the sidebar shows 45515fa9-f8dc-41f4-bf60-36385e4b94f0 as the ID, not e99b754d-5b70-46d6-b876-ae2418894088 as it should.
  2. When I click the link for "Retried Operation", the URL updates, but the panel doesn't appear to refresh - it continues showing the same info.
