Describe the bug

After a clean installation using deploy sh setup.sh, the strategy performance page however is returning JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)

Steps to reproduce bug

  1. Clone hummingbot deploy
  2. Run sh setup.sh
  3. Go to Strategy perpformance page
