Describe the bug

The Dashboard/Portfolio tab does not successfully load the binance asset prices.

Kucoin loads just fine. This is the latest version of dashboard in a fresh deploy install commit f139cc5

I am deploying from a location where binance is accessible - hummingbot client loads the balance values just fine.

Steps to reproduce bug

  1. git clone https://github.com/hummingbot/deploy.git
  2. cd deploy
  3. setup credentials
  4. bash setup.sh
  5. add API keys for subaccount exchange: binance
  6. deploy on server in Tokio, Japan,
