Once the organs and assay types yaml files are completely deprecated and removed from all the depending APIs, update the configurations of following services to point to UBKG ontology API:

FYI @lchoy @jpuerto-psc this will need to be addressed accordingly after you address the changes described in hubmapconsortium/commons#114

1/31/2024, @NickAkhmetov confirmed that

I can confirm portal-ui no longer uses the TYPE_SERVICE_ENDPOINT in any active code

Zhou has removed the TYPE_SERVICE_ENDPOINT from portal-ui config across the board.
