This cosmetic update gets us closer to aligning us with the design system. This page layout, the carousel, the metrics, and the card buttons below will not be recommended for future versions. The goal is to eventually get us closer to the design system before we make big changes to the HRA Portal's home page that will occur for 9th or 10th release.

Design system workflow organization

It may be helpful to knock out these design system implementations first:

Local components being modified

• Carousel
  • Add icon buttons & radio buttons (Add radio buttons #817)
  • Note that the imagery and content are staying the same for this release so no imagery or content updates are needed (unless I hear otherwise).
• Use new metrics icons
• Homepage card buttons
  • Remove GIFs, replace with images
  • Fixed width cards within a container that wraps
