Is due to in the ASCT+B tables, some cell types were not given a cell ontology id even though it has the same name OR sometimes it has the same pref label, but different cell ontology term + rdfs label. It is ill advised to combine them. We had talked about adding a parenthetical after terms which have a CL id, so that could look like:
absorptive (CL:1234) 67
absoptive 60
...
You will also get results like:
adipocyte (CL:4567) 16
adipocyte (CL:8900) 159
But there are other possibilities and not a simple fix (its a data issue that probably should not be papered over)
