Will need a new filter to filter by confidence score.

In addition, we are prototyping a solution that lets RUI users enter a categorical confidence value when registering tissue blocks in the RUI. The confidence value can be used to a) auto-suggest what tissue blocks should be re-registered using the CTpop method and b) to enable users to filter existing registrations by low, mid, and high-confidence.
