This is an issue to capture conversations around displaying registration corridors and cell type populations to users and making them.

  • Show small 3D dots for cell type populations in EUI?
  • Show "template" for a tissue block with potential registration corridors in RUI? Display flat visualization for cosine similarities if cell type population of tissue block is known when registering? Heatmap for likely areas? This needs to be thought through.
