From the SC21 BOF:

Do workshop organizers expect to target permanent on-premise facilities, or transient (possibly cloud-based) resources?

  • Permanent on-premise (71%)
  • Transient/cloud (29%)

There is strong demand for HPC-in-the-Cloud, which we do not currently address. It would behoove us to create snippets for a MagicCastle deployment, preferably with setup instructions from @ocaisa.
