Be able to sort by time on the partnership page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Partners are only able to create one group on MapSwipe for an entire organization, which means that they must be able to sort by time to isolate mapping events they have (either internally or HOT run.) As it stands, this feature exists on MapSwipe, but did not make it over to the new partnership page.

This feature is incredibly important to HOT's corporate partners and it needs to be on the new partnership page.
