Wasted space in Work Section
Some users complained about the “our work” section which used a lot of space on the screen and didn’t display information in a clear and easy-to-comprehend way. According to participants, large images wasted space without adding much value to a user’s understanding of the section’s content.
“Our Work” and “More Projects”
Users couldn’t understand the way content was organized on the country page. They said some of its parts made them feel lost. For example, participants were puzzled by seeing similar pieces of content ( “Our Work” and “More Projects”) in different areas of the country page.
“Our Work”
Users couldn’t understand why “Our work” section contained not only country-specific projects but other countries’ projects, too. According to them, presenting information in this way wasn’t logical and meaningful to the user.
Country page clutter
All users complained the page was quite tight, cluttered and that there was a lot happening in a very small space.
News section
The news section was seen by users as offering too much information. They saw little advantage in presenting so much meta data on one page. They said it reduced the overall effectiveness by forcing too much on a limited screen space.
