What does this PR do?

This PR mainly implements the start mapping flow with other enhancements. The following are included:

• Features:

  • Start mapping designs have been completed.
  • Mobile view for model creation flow and start mapping has also been completed.
  • The model training graph is now zoomable for a large and better view.
  • OSM last updated time has been added to the training area page.

• Bug Fixes & Improvements:

  • The incorrect zoom level bug has been fixed.
  • Changed the training area AOI color to blue.
  • Feedback popup showing up when another feature is clicked has been fixed.
  • Intersection logic for model predictions has been fixed.
  • Tile boundaries has been added to the start mapping page.
  • Training areas not showing up on the training area page in edit mode have been fixed.
  • Continuous refactoring of some components to improve code organization and performance.
  • Optimized the size of some static assets for a lighter footprint.
