Clean Install, SSH fine, WebUI / Desktop App not working. Connection Refused #1872

Description
Fresh Install of HOOBS onto an SD card on Raspberry Pi 3. Can SSH no problem, but can't hit the WebUI or Desktop App
Just starting out here first timer.

Flashed Hoobs onto my Pi. Could SSH couldnt get on the WebUI

Reflashed twice using Etcher
Same issue.
Ran the fix command... waited for ever. Issue persists.
I try port 8080, 9090, 8000, 80. Nothing seems to work. Connection refused via web.

Ran wget -q -O - http://bit.ly/get-hoobs | sudo bash /dev/stdin --node lts
Issue persists

really bummed out, feeling like I am missing something simple. Any advice? Feeling like I've exhausted options.

SSH is just fine.

4.3.0 Rpi-sdcard.xz

Did you upgrade
Please let us know if you upgraded from a previous version.

Post your config
This can be found in the interface, Configuration -> Advanced or you can get it via SSH cat ~/.hoobs/etc/config.json

WTF

So confused, is my install image borked somehow?
