The problem

I was running HA Core 2024.11.3 in Pi4 (OS 12.3) , without any issue. Ever once I updated to 2024.12.x. I couldn't restart HA or restart system properly. Recently, I upgraded to Pi5, same situation persists. I have to manually power cycle it to get it running again.

I don't think so - at least not with this less available information - further the issue mentioned that even only restarting HA core fails, so we can't be sure about the cause of this for now
