can you please provide a better subject for your issue and also link to the integration page (the below url)
https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/enphase_envoy/

then, the code owner would be assigned to the ticket and can have a look into it :)

Hey there @bdraco, @cgarwood, @dgomes, @joostlek, @catsmanac, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (enphase_envoy) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

This could just be an issue with a bad custom integration or a slow system.

Hi @KennethSmit, is this happening frequently? As @TheJulianJES mentions this does not need to be an Enphase issue even though the entity is one. It could be some kind of hick-up impacting the system, something taking more time as usual.

If you see this frequently can you:

  • Upload the diagnostics report for the Enphase_Envoy integration here after downloading it from Home Assistant.
    afbeelding
  • Enable debug on the Envoy and so it can capture one of the occasions while the envoy is in debug mode.
