Feature dimming_delta not supported

The hue api supports the dimming delta feature to set the brightness_delta and an action (up/down/stop). To have a stop feature is really nice, in that case it is possible to implement a "dimmer" with stop dimming e.g. when a btn was released after long-press.

This feature exists in api for light and grouped_light.
