Lỗi hiển thị giờ của các bài nộp

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Vào https://hnoj.edu.vn/submissions/
Ở một bài nộp bất kì, di chuyển con trỏ chuột vào thời gian nộp của bài nộp đó
Khi đó, có một hộp thời gian nhỏ hiện ra, và thời gian hiển thị trong đó chậm hơn thời gian hiện tại chính xác 7 tiếng

Expected behavior
Hộp thời gian nhỏ đó lẽ ra hiển thị giờ theo múi giờ UTC + 7, nhưng lại hiển thị giờ UTC + 0
