online packets should have checksum, and locally store it along with buzzpoints - packet may have changed
- the least destructive solution is probably to compare checksums. if it doesn't match, ask if user wants to
  - copy the original buzz points as is, or
  - attempt to continue (i think you can lose some buzz points if a question gets shorter)
- or expiration date
- lose-lose tradeoff: new url (packets-[date]) is prob best solution, but makes other things less convenient
- could be bad for small updates during a tournament. tossups mostly unaffected, some words may be offset by 1
