Hello @herlesupreeth
Thanks alot for your help.
I was able to make mo-mt call with the setup.
But i have a little issue to have a stability. sometimes i can have a direct attach and make a call ad suddenly i just get a lot of disconnect.
Do you have any insight on this.

you could try reducing the BW of eNB to 5Mhz i.e. change as follows in srslte/enb.conf

n_prb = 25

I cant think of any apart from putting the PC running the eNB in max. performance mode because the below log suggests that PC is a bit slow to handle the sample sent by the SDR

Nope

You could try the following steps

- On AMD CPU machines:

sudo cpupower frequency-set -g performance

- On Intel CPU machines:

Install cpufrequtils:

sudo apt-get install cpufrequtils

Then edit the following file (if it doesn't exist, create it):

sudo nano /etc/default/cpufrequtils

And add the following line to it:

GOVERNOR="performance"

Save and exit.

Now you need to disable ondemand daemon, otherwise after you reboot the settings will be overwritten.

sudo update-rc.d ondemand disable

sudo /etc/init.d/cpufrequtils restart

Power management
Remove all power management features in the BIOS (sleep states, in particularC-states) and CPU frequency scaling (Intel SpeedStep). In some cases, you can
also do this with cpufreqtool. Also, disable hyperthreading in BIOS and make sure its turned off in Linux

1. check this using this command: watch grep \"cpu MHz\" /proc/cpuinfo
2. you must disable p-state and c-state in linux so you need to add intel_pstate=disable to the Linux boot options,
i.e GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet intel_pstate=disable"  in /etc/default/grub, then perform update-grub. You may optionally add the following as well "processor.max_cstate=1 intel_idle.max_cstate=0 idle=poll"

Append "blacklist intel_powerclamp" to the end of /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf, to blacklist the intel_powerclamp" module. If the file does not exist, create one, and add the line into it.
You also need to disable hyperthreading, CPU frequency control, C-States, P-States and any other power management from BIOS as well.

Install i7z utility to check the cpu

sudo apt-get install i7z
sudo i7z

The CPU should not change its frequency by more than 1-2 hertz and should not be any C-state other than C0

Is your machine an with Intel or AMD CPU? If its an AMD, then you can ignore the above output. But, if its an Intel CPU then it could be that i7z does not supported your processor (honestly its not a big deal). Important point here is that if you now run eNB you should have more stability. If its is still not stable then your processor may be powerful enough

@herlesupreeth i have an issue. see the image below. I kee seeing NO GPS signal. Actually, since i got this module it keeps showing no GPS signal.
I Also connected the GPS on the REF IN pin of my bladeRF

The device_args I mentioned earlier is relevant only for USRP devices. For bladerf you need to check the SoapySDR args name for setting external clock reference

You can ignore that since the docker container does not have access to read CPU governor. As long you have set the CPU scaling governor to "performance" on the host machine you dont have to worry about that warning

I wouldn't put it that way. The reason for going with USRP B210 is because it can be used with both srsRAN_4G and srsRAN_Project repo

Hi @herlesupreeth for this rf issue on my side, I've ordered a 4G Modem UE which can be wired from the bladeRF to see how it performs.

Also when i bring up my system, I can't access the open5gs database but I can access the pyHSS opens. Please do you know anything causing this?

When I use 127.0.0.1, it still doesn't work for me.
I open the phyHSS with either 127.0.1.1 or 127.0.0.1 as you suggested.
When I check on my PC, the dockerhostip is instead 127.0.1.1.
These first two images shows the ip pull for my host and the pyhss opened with 127.0.1.1.

I see that the version of UHD driver on your host is 4.7 but the one inside the docker is 4.6. its quite strange
