There are a bunch of ParMETIS parameters that might usefully by varied. With the new decomposition, varying these should be easy.

  • Choice of partition function (PartKway, RefineKway, PartGeomKway)
  • the ubvec parameter (PM recommends 1.05, we use 1.001)
