Separate icon styling for admin bar and admin menu

It would be nice to be able to style the admin bar icons separately from the admin menu.

For example:

That would have to be done in core - we are using its Sass files for generation, nothing more, nothing less.

Ya I just had a quick look and see that, I wonder if there is any interest in this for core from a UI perspective.
