Huly 'Run in development mode' setup is failing

I am following the steps given here: https://github.com/hcengineering/platform#run-in-development-mode
But while it shows no errors in the terminal when I run rushx dev-server, it is throwing Uncaught runtime errors as given below:

Can someone please help me out?
