We’ve developed a ticketing system with integrated chat functionality for sales and billing purposes. It connects to several meta channels and live chat. Recently, I came across Huly, which seems like an interesting fit for one of our use cases. While we're exploring CRM alternatives to integrate into our solution, I wanted to clarify the licensing aspect. Specifically, we’re considering incorporating Huly for commercial use as part of our SaaS, without distributing it as downloadable asset, but serving in the web. From my understanding of the license, this seems like a possibility to keep new changes private, but I’d appreciate a deeper insight into how this would work from Huly's perspective. We've looked the codebase and is really huge and complex, so it might only be some changes to adapt to our current system and look.
