Library doesnt work on new spicetify install

If you're trying to use library-v1.0.0, uninstall it an instead install library-v0.1.1 and see if the issue persists.
You should see this if library-v0.1.1 is working and be able to navigate without issue:

library-v1.0.0 should look like this when functioning:

However it seems v1.0.0 doesn't like the Albums tab (all other tabs function as intended):

So if v0.1.1 works for you, switch off the Albums tab in your library before trying v1.0.0 again. If v1.0.0 still doesn't function for you regardless of what tab you're on in your library, then you may be installing it wrong or forgetting to do a step. As for me personally updating to v1.0.0 just breaks the album tab for me (even if i uninstall library and install v1.0.0 fresh)
