Stats icon won't show up

I've tried to reinstall the plugin multiple times but the icon didn't show up, I even checked the other plugin that I have, in case there could be any interference, but I don't have a single one that modifies the hud.

I uninstalled the theme I had and it showed up, but the icon was blank, just a circular button to press. Although once I got there it said page unavailable, try to refresh the page.
