Adding line of warning for Stripe testing credit card

The stripe payment credit card is only for testing purposes at the current phase. However, some other users might not know that and would actually type in their real credit card information. So we might want to add a few lines of warning at the bottom of our checkout page.

• includes a line that says that our shop page is still in the development progress
• includes a warning that tells the user not to enter their real credit card info
• includes instructions on what to enter for the credit card field for testing purposes
