主题开发文档添加对主题预览链接的描述 #424

目前主题预览功能是在页面路由添加 preview-theme 参数来实现的，所以在切换页面的时候同样也需要携带这个参数，如果主题没有适配，那么将不再是预览主题的状态。

目前主题适配的方式是在所有动态超链接的语法中使用 @{} 包裹实际的路由变量，但目前似乎没有在开发文档中提到，后续可以专门提供一篇文档来说明。

如果链接没有使用 @{} 包裹那么可能无法完整支持预览功能
