Does not work with CFG skip

Describe the bug
When i use CFG skip, the new feature of a1111 webui 1.10.0 RC version which is described in AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui#15607, regional prompt does not work. no error message. just not separate image.

if i set CFG skip to 0, regional prompt work well. but i set 0.2, regional prompt seems not working.

Web-UI version: 1.10.0 RC
SD Version: SDXL pony
LoRA/LoCon/LoHa : no
