Continuous video does not respect data-background-video-muted #3705

I have two slides with the same video file next to each other - one muted, one unmuted. When transitioning from one slide to another, the video remains continuous but also remains muted.

Would welcome both an override to the previous behavior or the video to unmute with the new flag.
