How to share presentations? especially offline presentations?

I can evaluate the generated presentations on my PC, where I create them; offline.
I created the presentation using https://docs.asciidoctor.org/reveal.js-converter/latest/
But how can I share presentations? When I share only the generated html file, it isn't shown as presentation on receiving devices. Something is missing (reveal.js) :-)

But a major reason to create presentations is to share them.

• How to share presentations in General?
• How to share offline presentations?
• For example, PowerPoint presentations can be sent as file. Is it possible to create an offline package, containing a working presentation?
