the text file preview doesn't show right files using "ANSI" encoding.
It detects them as using "gbk" leading to wrong characters (German "umlaute" don't work (e.g. äüöß)).

The issue is outdated.

The issue us still there (Tested with pro 6.3.6).

The attached file (ansi, windows-1252 encoded) should display "öä", but is detected as "gbk" encoded and shows something else.
