More descriptive info when failing to upload a file to a protected library after password expired #1172

After a protected library is left opened for more than an hour, when the server finally forgets library password, if a user tries to do an action on this library, i.e. upload a new file, 'Unknown error' appears with no other explanation.

Would be useful to just show the same message as the one that gets logged to seafile.log - 'Passwd for repo <repo_id> is not set'.
