Interactive videos can't be used by default in a fresh Drupal installation as Interactive book pages #155
Comments
@jacarvajal This should have been possible since day 1. |
Hum, maybe I'm missing something then. I'm trying to make this work in an Opigno site (Drupal LMS distribution).
|
When you say "installed the Interactive Book library from the H5P editor", did you install it via the "Get" button or by uploading some content? Given the list of content types that you see, I'd assume you uploaded the demo content from https://h5p.org/content-types/interactive-book which only ships the libraries that are needed in the content. Just install "Column" by using the "Get" button, and that should install all the missing content type libraries that Interactive Book would need. |
First of all, thanks for your help @otacke ! I installed them using the "Get" button. In fact, just for testing, I installed (via "Get" button) every library, but Interactive Video just was not there. |
One more thing, I just checked the requests on the node add page, and I realised that the list of the libraries is loaded from /h5peditor/dc1f1755bc6e3/0/content-type-cache, and that URL returns the Interactive Video in the output, despite is not being listed as an option in the add/edit interface. |
The content type cache is the list of available libraries for download on the H5P Hub. It's updated in regular intervals, so you can be notified about updates, for instance. H5P content types don't make list of that list. They will only use what is already installed on the platform. |
Is there a way to use interactive videos as pages of Interactive books?
I've been checking everything and couldn't find a way.
I read in the description of the Interactive book library that they could be used (see attachment).
