As the title says, I would really like for this version of Gyazo to have it's own tray icon [Basically, I would like if it had actual tray integration]. I'm on Ubuntu MATE 16.04 LTS and prefer Gyazo to auto start in the tray on boot [like it does in Windows].

If that can be implemented than it would be much better, in my opinion.

There are a lot of different desktop environments and it would be hard to port a tray application icon for all of them. The way KDE manages it's tray icons (widget/panel based) is entirely different from the way XFCE manages it's own, which in turn is different from the way Gnome manages it and so on...

You could try to implement in a way that works for most of the environments but it's not guaranteed that it would work in all of them. In fact, some of them don't even have icon support on their taskbar.

You could at least try to narrow your request to a specific environment, but I doubt this will get much attention unless a lot of people request it.
