[Feature] Add a Zaishen Quest Interactable Table

I find it useful when I'm getting a ZQ on all my chars to have a nice and quick visualization on who has space / status of ZQs across my characters. This lets me save the ZQs for bonus weeks and know who I may want to use when doing certain activities with friends.

I currently do this on a google sheets but it is very manual / I know I can make mistakes:

I was thinking it would be nice if we could have this as a feature in TB, even if TB needs to be running when we get the ZQ / complete it.
That being said, since TB could crash or something could somehow go out of sync I think it's still worthwhile to have a way to do manual edits if needed.

Two minor QoL things I mentioned on Discord that could be implemented:

• Highlight the quest type (first column in screenshot) when it is the zaishen bonus week for that type of quest
• Have some way to indicate how many zcoins each quest gives (possibly as superscript?)
