Improve dowload folder icon #128

Hi, I've been using this icon theme for a while now and am still absolutely in love with it!

The only thing that is increasingly bothering me is the Downloads folder icon:

It feels way too narrow compared to the icons next to it. Also compare that to the smaller downloads icon:

The proportions on that feel much more in line with the rest of the theme than the larger folder icon.

My suggestion would be to make the white symbol part of the folder icon a bit wider, so that its proportions match those of the smaller icon.
