Do users need to download LITIengine to run a LITIengine game?

I'm wondering if I want to try and make a game with this engine, so I was wondering if I would be able to run it on any computer, only having installed JAVA. So: do users need to download LITIengine to run a LITIengine game? Or can LITIengine be a part of the game files, so all you need is java and a LITIengine application?
(I'm wondering because the only games I've made have been with Greenfoot, which can only be run through the greenfoot application, rather than by clicking on a stand-alone game application).

LITIengine isn't an application.
People won't need to download anything else than your game, which will contain the LITIengine library.
As you said, it will be a part of the game files.

Please note that only an installation of Java Runtime Environment 8 or later is required to run games made with LITIengine. LITIengine is just a Java 8 library, not a stand-alone program.
