Tag Filter expire after date

If it's not possible already it would be great to have a feature whereby a specific tag filter can do a date test, for example:

cloud-nuke-after: ${TODAY}

Any resources with the cloud-nuke-after will be protected until the ISO8601 date is before today. Maybe this doesn't need to super generic either because I can't think of any other date operations that you'd want to do.
