Bug report

We run multiple graph node clusters. Since upgrading our biggest cluster to 0.35.0, we've started seeing increased values for the average deployment_transact_block_operations_duration

image

A typical value on 0.34.0 was 3, a typical value now is 30. Did 0.35.0 slow down? Did the way this metric is collected change?
