In gradle/gradle#28535 we moved artifact transforms caches to caches/<version>/transforms. So we need to also update ClearArtifactTransformCacheMutator.

See implementation of a mutator in gradle/gradle ClearArtifactTransformCacheWithoutInstrumentedJarsMutator.
