Firmware bug: HERO13 {"error_msg": "Unable to establish communication with settings controller"} response to any command

Hi, I'm using HERO13 (with labs) and having this issue from time to time. My usual use case if recording 5 second clips every minute, and i use wired_usb mode to control the gopro using HTTP API. After about 5-10 hours of usage, the camera starts responding with {"error_msg": "Unable to establish communication with settings controller"} json to any command, and i am not able to start/stop recording anymore. Power cycling fixes the problem until it happens again.
