Provide BLE and HTTP APIs to reformat SD card

What do you mean recover? Once you wipe the SD card (via the gopro itself or via API) the gopro has no way to recover any files.

I do not mean recover files. Occasionally the SD card can get in a corrupted state, and needs to be reformatted.
