Video/MISC access through HTTP requests

Currently we are using the http commands to pull all video data off the gopro here:

What we want to do is pull the GoPro-owner.txt out of the MISC folder. We attempted a function (below) but are unable to access the MISC folder. Any assistance would be incredible!
