Getting physical/dycore increment and lat/lon state

I was wondering if there was a method that given a state, would compute U,V,T (and the rest of the variable) in lat/lon in dinosaurs or NGCM?

Also is there another method to get only the Physic increment and only the Dycore increment? I couldn't find any of those method or the specific point in the code where each increment is computed.
