AI Studio: Starter Apps -> Video -> Upload File redirecting to Drive rather than opening File Explorer

Description of the bug:

When we click the "+" button (left to "Run"), it opens up the Drive iFrame rather than asking for input file.

Actual vs expected behavior:

Actual: Opens google drive
Expected: Open file explorer
