#175 adds snap packaging and #177 enabled edge autobuilds:

$ sudo snap install gitless  --edge --devmode
$ gitless.gl

However, all features were too big for the first PR. so here is the list that needs to be polished:

expose executable as gl
make sure it can access dirs in home
make sure it can access any current dir
write build manual
pass the publishing rights to @sdg-mit
