closing the wkwebview window kills jsaddle apps (macOS) #87

When the main UI window is closed with the red close button, a jsaddle-wkwebview app will exit immediately rather than running any actions that follow the call to run ...

I've only verified this on Mojave, but it may exist on other macOS versions as well.

I'm also experiencing difficulty with this, I can't find a way to release resources after the window closes. I have tried using the _appDelegateConfig_applicationWillTerminate field of the AppDelegateConfig but it appears that function never gets called. In fact, I can't get any of the callbacks in AppDelegateConfig to do anything.
