Red & Yellow Box Persists After Uninstalling GutterColor #117

Just what the title says. I had installed GutterColor and thought it would work out-of-the-box. I even installed ImageMagick properly, and set the path in GutterColor's settings to the correct location. The red/yellow box persisted. I finally just uninstalled GutterColor, and after quitting and restarting Sublime Text several times, I still see these boxes in the gutter.

How do I remove them?
